• Baked Potato on Rosemary Skewers

    It’s one of those super simple recipes that do not require too many directions,  it’s all in the title.

    Take 3-4 potatoes, some butter, salt, pepper, a few cloves of garlic and some rosemary branches to form skewers.

    Wash the potatoes in cold water, and dried them with a paper towel. Pierce skin of potatoes several times with a toothpick, wrap them in aluminum foil and put them in the preheated oven (180 ° C) for about 30 minutes.

    When ready, remove potatoes from the oven and loosen the foil and leave to cool.

    Strip almost all the leaves from the rosemary branches to form skewers, leaving some leaves near the slightly thinner end. What was removed from the twigs chop finely, add to pan with butter and crushed garlic and cook.

    Peel cooled potatoes and slice them into rounds, about 1 cm thick.
    Using the thicker end of each rosemary skewer as a point, thread the potato slices onto the skewers.

      pe buneee??? chiar era nevoie sa mi faci pofta? si sa te lauzi ca ai ditai tufa de rozmarin (buruiana mea preferata) , cand eu ma chinui sa cresc o tufa amarata? care mai nou incepe sa se usuce???
      iar cartofii astia arata intr-un mare fel si imi vine sa inghit ecranul de pofta. sigur o sa incerc si eu reteta. Dar inatai tre` sa merg sa mi cumpar o noua tufa de rozmarin. Luv u !!!
